When I first started wire wrapping I only did so with tumbled gemstones in their natural shape. I have now expanded my craft to include uniquely cut gemstones that I find and this pair of jasper ecliptical earrings fits that profile. The cut nicely accents the swirls and patterning of the gems that I have accented with Malachite stone chips. Great for those special occasions or a more casual look.
I was looking for a new way to wire wrap and came up with this design just recently. It is more time consuming to create each piece in this style, but the fun and reward of creating these one of a kind earrings for you is truly satisfying for myself as an artist.
Earring Size (from bottom of bail): 1.5 x .5 inch

Metal: Tarnish Resistant Brass Wire
The wire wraps on my earrings are just like people’s faces, where one side is not exactly the same as the other side. Sometimes I go for getting a close match but most of the time I am in "creative free flowing mode" so the wire work is different. You get to decide which earring suites each side of your face…a lot more fun this way!!!
Treat yourself or someone special to my one of a kind handcrafted earrings, created from my remote rustic cabin home in the Yukon wilderness. And know that you are holding an original creation that took mother nature tens of thousands years to create.
