All Items are shipped from The Yukon using Canada Post within three days business days of receiving order and payment. Items are sealed in a bubble-lined envelope to protect them during shipping.
Once your order is sent, you will receive an email notification. Orders in Canada and the US are shipped “surface” and it usually takes 10 - 14 days within Canada for delivery and 10 -21 days to the US.
***Please note that this is the most economical shipping and Canada Post does not provide a tracking number.

If you paid for a non-trackable service, such as “Regular Post”, “Small Packet International Air” or “International Parcel Surface”, among others, items will be shipped at your risk. We will not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages/product sent via the non-trackable service you requested.
I'm happy to send an item directly to a gift recipient. Simply note in your order that you wish it to go to a different gift address. I am also happy to include a note to the recipient as well - just tell me what you'd like in the "notes to seller" section at checkout.
In the event of a postal strike all orders will be held until such a time as service is resumed. For those wishing items to be sent via other service providers (courier) please note that the costs would be $20.00 USD.
If a package is returned/undeliverable due to a buyer providing an incorrect address, buyer is responsible for paying additional shipping charges required to reship package.
Federal law requires that I identify and value items shipping internationally on a customs form. Items will be listed appropriately and for the cost paid (less S&H.) Any taxes, fees, or surcharges incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Packages that are returned due to unpaid customs fees and/or taxes must be claimed by the buyer within 5 days of return or will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Buyer is responsible for paying the additional shipping charges required to reship returned packages.
If tracking shows delivered, but buyer cannot locate package there is nothing more I can do from this end. Buyer will need to contact their local post office for additional information on specifics of delivery. Often the local branch and/or mail carrier can help locate the misplaced package.

The transit times from Canada Post are estimated business days for package transit after dispatch. We are not responsible for Canada Post respecting their advertised delivery times. Delays caused due to natural causes and by Canada Post are beyond our control. We will send you the tracking code via email. Check your spam folder if you have not received it.

SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Shipment lost in transit or Damaged: Once an item is sent and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes responsibility of the carrier. Delays or delivery errors by Courier company like Canada Post is completely out of our control. And for your protection, we provide automatic insurance of up to $100 when you request trackable shipping.
Before we can create a investigation ticket with Canada Post, you must confirm that your package is not with your concierge, a family member or in your mailbox. We will also need in writing that you have not received the product and would like for us to create an investigation ticket.
After an investigation ticket is opened with Canada Post, a copy will be sent to you. They will require confirmation from you of the whole purchase.
Unfortunately, we must wait till Canada Post confirms that the package has been lost before we can process a credit or re-send the products to you. Else, they will find your package during their trace in a nearby post office and items will be delivered to you at the earliest.
Jewelry is presented in a card (suitable for gift-giving!) and mailed in bubble envelopes.
In an effort to be environmentally responsible, I do not include printed invoices with orders. You can always view a digital copy of your invoice on the website.
